Our history
It all began in 2023—with pickleball. Seth Waggoner and Roger Park first met while playing indoor pickleball as beginners. Over time, playing both with and against each other, they discovered common ground that transcended their different backgrounds—shared values around family, parenthood, entrepreneurship, and, of course, a love for pickleball.
Driven by a curiosity to identify market gaps in the U.S., they began exploring innovations and trends from abroad. That exploration led to the creation of SIRE—short for Seth Imports and Roger Exports—a venture built on friendship, curiosity, and a shared vision for bringing global ideas to the U.S. market.

Roger Park
Roger Park is a seasoned professional in the technology sector, with organizations such as Nuance Communications and Change Healthcare. His expertise includes market intelligence, business development, and competitive analysis. The son of Korean entrepreneurs who immigrated to the U.S. in 1974, Roger began working in small businesses at the age of 14. After 25 years in corporate America, he is channeling his entrepreneurial spirit to identify and deliver solutions that address unmet needs in the U.S. market.

Seth Waggoner is an experienced business leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of corporate experience in finance, supply chain, and real estate. He brings a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive growth, manage complex operations, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams. In recent years, Seth has focused on business development, marketing, and sales across a range of new ventures. He’s passionate about innovation and long-term value creation, blending corporate discipline with entrepreneurial drive to bring ideas to life.
